Licensing Agreement

Dear Customer,

This Licence Agreement is between you ("You") and CEPERA GRAFIKA ("we" or "the Company") and governs your use of any images ("Visual Content") downloaded from ceperagrafika.com ("the Website"). By downloading, you agree to these terms.

Licence Terms

• You are granted a single-seat licence, allowing one person to download and use the Visual Content. Sharing with others, including colleagues, is not allowed.
• For team access, contact Customer Support.
• The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid indefinitely.

Individual Licence:

Allows personal use of the Visual Content for:

• Personal, non-commercial projects (not for resale or distribution).
• Documents, websites, blogs, and social media with no limits on views.
• Free online or printed media such as magazines and newsletters.

Commercial Licence:

Includes all Individual Licence rights, plus:

• Use in marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Merchandise for sale (e.g., clothing, wall art) if additional creative elements are added.
• Wall art for commercial spaces (without requiring extra creative elements).
• Digital templates for sale (e.g., website or app designs).

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, rent, or resell the Visual Content.
• Copy or reverse-engineer it.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Visual Content and related materials remain with CEPERA GRAFIKA.

Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement, and you will be notified before changes take effect. Updates apply only to new purchases.

Pricing and Payment

The price at checkout applies. Payment methods are listed on the Website. After payment, the Visual Content will be available for download.

Liability

• We do not guarantee the Visual Content will work perfectly with your tools or meet all your needs.
• CEPERA GRAFIKA is not responsible for unexpected losses, such as lost profits.

Termination

• You may cancel the licence by contacting Customer Support.
• We may terminate the licence if you breach the terms. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
