Can I be exempt of VAT?
Business customer can be exempt of the EU tax charge by providing us a VAT identification number. All non-EU customers will not be charged of VAT.
Can I make a refund?
The refunds cannot be offered due to the nature of digital products which are considered as non-returnable and used after the initial download.
