The following terms are valid between you and CEPERA GRAFIKA and apply to all orders placed on ceperagrafika.com

LICENSING TERMS

By downloading content on the CEPERA GRAFIKA’s website you agree with the terms of the Licensing Agreement. Upon a full payment you get the ability to download, to use and to customise the chosen design. It is prohibited to duplicate, sub-license and resale the purchased design under the terms of any purchased license. Any purchased license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-refundable.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

After a successful payment you will receive a link to instantly download the file on the email you used to register on the CEPERA GRAFIKA's website. Please, note that CEPERA GRAFIKA do not hold responsibility for the mistakes in order you may make and it will not be possible to refund your order due to digital sales nature.

PRICES AND TAXES

The price is stated in GBP, excluding VAT. VAT is automatically deducted based on your billing address. If you are a EU-business please provide your VAT number to be exempt of the VAT charge.

COLORS OF THE PRODUCT IMAGES

Due to the settings of your display, the colors of the designs shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

REFUNDS

Since we are selling digital goods, which are considered as used once purchased and cannot be returned or exchanged the same way as physical goods.
