How does Exclusive License work?
Exclusive License is arranged individually by separate written agreement. The specific rights granted, duration, territory, limitations and scope of exclusivity are determined for the particular project and set out in that agreement.
What rights are included?
You may use the Design for personal, commercial, or client projects, incorporate it into physical or digital products, and manufacture and sell finished products, as permitted by your License. If you purchase an Exclusive License, the Design will be removed from our catalogue and will not be sold or licensed to any other customer for the agreed exclusivity period.
How do I get Exclusive License?
Please contact CEPERA GRAFIKA to discuss your project. Exclusive Licenses are available only by separate written agreement, with the terms tailored to the specific project and rights required.
Can I make a refund?
The refunds cannot be offered due to the nature of digital products which are considered as non-returnable and used after the initial download.
